Finding the right shoe for your training is the first and possibly most important steps in healthy running, beside just getting yourself out the door to run. When you come to the St. George Running Center for the first time expect to spend at least a 1/2 -1 hour going through our process for helping you into the right shoe. Doing so can help you prevent repetitive stress injuries, such as plantar fasciitis, shin splints, stress fractures, and more.
Our process has been proven to work with walkers, beginning runners, Marathon Runners, college athletes, high school competitors, and Marathon Olympic Trials Qualifiers. Below we will explain the basic 101 steps for "The Perfect Ride".
