The St. George Running Club is a USATF certified running club located in St. George Utah. We currently run Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday. The running paces very from day-to-day, and should accommodate most levels of runners. The Tuesday track/ speed workouts are supervised by Ted Colley and Steve Hooper, both years of running and marathon experience. Ted also focuses on form and running mechanics on Tuesday as well.
Winter 2013/ 2014 Schedule
Tuesday: Tempo at the Confluence Trail head 5:15pm.
Saturday: 10-20 miles - all paces – Meet at 6 am at different locations. Friday run start locations are posted weekly on the St. George Running Club Facebook page.
