The St. George Running Club is a USATF certified running club located in St. George Utah. We currently run Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday. The running paces very from day-to-day, and should accommodate most levels of runners. The Tuesday track/ speed workouts are supervised by Ted Colley and Steve Hooper, both years of running and marathon experience. Ted also focuses on form and running mechanics on Tuesday as well.
Spring/ Summer 2012 Schedule
Monday: Training Group – 6:00 am at Sullivan Soccer Park in Washington.
Tuesday: Track/ Speed Work – (Beginner to Experienced) – 6am at the Dixie State College Track.
Thursday: Tempo Run – Experienced/ Fast 7:15 pace to 6:00 pace – 6pm at the Dixie Convention Center, south parking lot.
Saturday: 10-20 miles - all paces – Meet at 6 am at different locations. Friday run start locations are posted weekly on the St. George Running Center Facebook page. For more information call Kendra at 435-773-3248
