St George Running Club – Group Runs

The St. George Running Club is a USATF certified running club located in St. George Utah. We currently run Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday. The running paces very from day-to-day, and should accommodate most levels of runners. The Wednesday track/ speed workouts are supervised by Ted Colley, who has years of marathon and ultra running experience. Ted also focuses on form and running mechanics on Wednesdays as well.

Monday: Training Group – 5:30 am at the temporary Dixie Center trail head.

Wednesday: Track/ Speed Work – (Beginner to Experienced) – 6am at the Dixie State College Track.

Thursday: Tempo Run – Experienced/ Fast 7:15 pace to 6:00 pace – 7pm at the Dixie Convention Center, south parking lot.
