Join us every Tuesday at 5:45 AM at Confluence Park for Tempo Tuesday!   A tempo run is a comfortably hard effort — faster than your easy pace but sustainable. It’s all about finding that rhythm that builds strength and endurance for race day. We’ll run the 5-mile Mayor’s Loop, and if you’d like to warm up early, Steve will be there at 5:30 AM. Bring your friends, layer up (it’s getting chilly!), and come get your miles in with the crew. We’ll be meeting every week through November 15th, leading up to the Snow Canyon Half Marathon. Let’s keep the momentum rolling! 

Group trail run on the gorgeous trails in Virgin! The Jem trail offers views of Zion on 100% runnable trail. If you're a trail runner, road runner, or just curious about trails this is the run for you.  Distances: 4.5 miles or 10 mile loop! Choose your distance! Date: Oct. 18th at 7:30 am (sunrise views here are really pretty!) All paces welcome! Afterwards we'll head down the road to River Rock Roasting for coffee/hot chocolate/food. Bring a friend and enjoy a beautiful morning on the trail!

Hosted by Underground Running and proudly sponsored by St. George Running Center, this festive road race winds through the scenic farmlands of Hurricane, Utah, and finishes at the beautiful Fisher Family Farm. Designed to be fun for all ages, it’s the perfect fall event for families, friends, and runners of every level.   The race features a lap-based course: 5K: One lap through the farmland. Runners will collect their piece of candy as they cross the finish line. Half Marathon: Four laps, with a Trick-or-Treat station each lap where runners pick up a piece of candy to carry to the finish. Relay: Teams of up to four can divide the laps however they choose—each member can run one full lap and tag off, or the whole team can run together and collect their candy before finishing side by side.
