Each month we host a group trail run for runners of all ages and paces. St. George is home to many incredible trails, and we love exploring them with our community.
Whether you're new to trail running, or a seasoned runner, our trail runs are for YOU! Most runs offer options for shorter or longer distances, so you can choose what feels best for you. Our staff is knowledgeable about the local trails and thoughtfully plans routes based on terrain, conditions, and overall experience. We also love aligning our runs with upcoming local races to help our community feel confident and ready come race day.
