You are welcome to return any unused product in original packaging, tags or box (so it's able to be re-sold) with a receipt for a full refund up to 60 days. You are also welcome to return worn shoes that are not working for you for exchange or in store credit up to 60 days with a receipt and upon approval. The last thing we want is for you to have shoes sitting in your closet not getting used! We are not able to return or exchange any used or worn apparel or accessories.
